How Al Madina School and Academy looks after your information.
What we collect
Information you give us in admission applications and contact forms (names, phone numbers, email, address, date of birth), and the student records the school keeps: results, attendance, fees and photos.
How we use it
Only to run the school: admissions, teaching, results, attendance, fee records, communication with parents and keeping the portal secure. We do not sell or share your information for advertising.
Who can see it
Students and parents see only their own records. Teachers see only their classes. Office staff see what their role needs. Every sign-in and change is recorded in an audit log.
How we protect it
The website uses HTTPS. Passwords are stored encrypted. Admin accounts use two-step verification. Repeated wrong sign-ins lock the account for 15 minutes.
Photos
Student photos on the website (for example monthly awards) are published only with the school’s permission. Parents can ask us to remove a photo at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting the school office.
